Diving at Banana reef

Moray eels

We went diving at a reef called Banana reef because if you look down from above the reef is shaped like one. It was also the first dive site discovered in the Maldives. It is pricey to dive here. About US$100 per dive.

Day to relax

Jo feeding the fish in the sea

Our view from the balcony

We were lucky to get this package from the Natas travel fair. Sing $3000 for four nights stay in a Sheraton Water Bungalow with return airfares is a good deal. The bungalows are listed at US$300 per night on their website

Nite flight to the Maldives

We had to take a 10 minute boat ride to the Sheraton Full Moon resort. The boat opposite is taking the SQ crew to Bandos island resort

I watched two movies on the five hour flight-Valkrie and Defiant and before I knew it we were going to land.Male is 3 hours behind Singapore

More to eat later. I chose the fish dinner

The flight to Male only leaves at 8.35pm so Jo did not take leave from work. I was busy with the dive equipment in the day. Good thing we made it to the airport an hour before the flight departs. We had a bit to eat the the Krisflyer lounge.
