The volcano in the middle of lake Taal is still active
Fried Brinjal mixed with potatoes. I enjoyed this dish
Sisig is a Northern Philippine dish and is actually grilled Pigs ear served on a hot plate. It is one of my favourite dish
President Marcos had built this house for the visit of US President Ronald Reagan. Reagan cancelled his trip and the house was never used and fell into disrepair.It is called Palace in the Sky
